General physical examinations
Who needs a physical examination and how often to undergo examination:
Workers hired by NTU with labor insurance coverage, personnel listed as contractors by the Personnel Office, full-time assistants, researchers, technical workers (including custodians), personnel hired by individual units, temporary personnel hired for more than six consecutive months, and employed adjunct assistants (not including legally appointed quota-based civil servants).
1. Those over 65 years of age must undergo a physical examination once a year, as of their first day of employment.
2. Those over 40 but under 65 years of age must undergo a physical examination once every three years, as of their first day of employment.
3. Those under 40 years of age must undergo a physical examination once every five years, as of their first day of employment.
Physical examination content:
1. Inquiries into work experience, medical history, lifestyle, and physical symptoms.
2. Physical examinations of height, weight, waistline, vision, color vision, hearing, blood pressure, bodily systems, and body parts.
3.
chest X-Ray、urine protein、urine blood、Hemoglobin、WBC count、AC suger、ALT/GPT、creatinine、cholesterol、TG、HDL、LDL。
4. Other examinations as instructed by central authorities.
